CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24 hour notice is needed when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. You will receive a reminder text 72 hours before your appointment. Any changes need to be made before 24 hours to avoid a 35% fee of the scheduled service. If you βNo-Showβ the fee will be 60% of scheduled service! If weβre unable to utilize the card on file you will receive an invoice that must be paid before any future appointments.
