After years of working behind the scenes and growing her craft, she eventually stepped into the corporate salon world — leading education, onboarding teams, and supporting stylists across multiple locations. But even with that success, she knew her heart belonged somewhere more personal, creative, and community-driven. That vision became HONEY&DAGGER — a small, intentional salon with big results and even bigger heart. As a Certified Redken Haircolorist, Jinilin blends advanced color knowledge with a passion for the science of healthy hair. She’s all about creating stunning, lived-in looks while giving guests the tools and education to care for their hair between visits.
